Finding ease through movement and meditation

November-December 2026 sessions are listed below.

Scroll down further to see the January-February offerings.

Gentle Yoga for Flexibility and Ease

Sundays 6-7:30pm from Nov. 2 to Dec 14, 2025 (7 weeks)

*You are welcome to join mid-session if space is available.

The  intention of this class is to develop flexibility and range of motion, while also relaxing in restorative poses.  We spend much of our time on the floor exploring slow gentle stretches.  The breath guides the body and anchors our mind to the present moment.  Props are used to support our bodies as we move from feeling inflexible to a sense of ease.  Classes are 90 minutes to allow for breath practices, movement, and deep relaxation.  This class is appropriate for all bodies (ages, shapes, and inflexible/flexible), including beginners and those with yoga experience.

Yoga for Strength and Stability

Thursdays 9:30-11am from Nov. 6 to Dec 18, 2025 (7 weeks)

*You are welcome to join mid-session if space is available.

The intention of this class is to build strength, flexibility, and balance.  We explore a variety of poses (floor, standing, balancing, and inversions), spending time with each pose as well as enjoying simple flows.  The breath guides the body and anchors our mind to the present moment.  We use props to support our bodies as we find a sense of anatomical and energetic alignment.  Classes are 90 minutes to allow for breath practices, movement, and deep relaxation.  This class is appropriate for all bodies (ages and shapes), including beginners and those with yoga experience.
